Malare ninne kaanathirunnal
Mizhivekiya niramellam maayunna pole
Azhakekiya kanavellam akalunna pole
Many of us might not know the meaning for the above lines but still we hum it like its a song we dedicate it to our loved ones. There is some magic in it. The song from Malare, will probably be the best song of the decade in South. If Ashiqui is the Love Anthem for Bollywood, then Malare would be the love anthem for South Film industry especially Mollywood. But our Tollywood lovers also equally loved the song and the film. Need not specially mention about Kollywood movie lovers as the film ran for more than 200 days in Chennai. You might have many reasons for watching the film but the best reason would probably be for Malar, the one and only Sai Pallavi. If Malar is a Goddess, then Malare song is like a chant to pray/praise her. The pure feeling of love in the song reminds us of our love. This song is special to the film unit as well.
Alphonse Putharen, the film’s director talking about the song, said “The first time I heard this song I made Anend C Chandran listen to it. We both looked confused and sad and happy together. We both had this feeling because. We liked the song but now its a bigger task..Making the video. Nivin Pauly and Sai Pallavi were very enthusstiati…enthuss….aaa athu thanne…. even in the early mornings and nights…We took a lot of scenes and shots…But till now I don’t think we are no where near the music Rajesh Murugesan and lyrics Shabareesh Varma of the song. All we did is to try to bring the visual upto the standards of the song. It was kind of difficult. Really tough in a sportive sense. But we are no where near to song….I liked your singing because there was a sadness in your voice Vijay Yesudasettaa….You were the 9th person who sang for this song. My brother Shabareesh Varma also sang it…My friends tried it tooo….But yours suited for George in Premamfilm. “
This special song recently crossed 10,000,000 views on Youtube and is still counting.
Naga Chaitanya is starring in the official remake of the film in Telugu. The makers are going to use two original tunes from Malayalam version and the buzz is that Malare is one tune. So many persons tried to write Telugu version lyrics for the song and a few did it but none of them have matched to the feel of original song. But with just, 14 days left for the one year celebrations of Premam, popular Tollywood lyricist Kittu Vissapragada has come up with his version for Malare and it brings you the feel that you felt while listening to the original song. “The sweetness of this tune didnt let me sleep. I casually wrote it out of passion.” shares the talented lyricist. Another bunch of talented team ( The Echoes Project ) gave a shape to his lyrics by performing it.
We hope the song reaches to Telugu Premam Team and lets wish the song gets its recognition! Thanks Kittu for giving a best tribute for Premam. You made our Premam Lovers Proud 😛

Happy Birthday Ram Gopal Varma
April 7th is a special day in the history of Indian cinema. We believe a god was born on that day! He has ruled the cinema industry once upon a time. He fought with several situations and took a birth of God in the name of Shiva. His name is Ram Gopal Varma.
It is Kali Kalam and there is absolutely no place for Gods. We happen to listen several stories of Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, Lord Venkateshwara and many others. We have never seen them but do often listen their stories and celebrate their birthdays as well as victories. Coming to our God Ram Gopal Varma, it is a fact that he lost his charm. He lost his interest but still he did not lose his powers. He might be back any day at any time with any film to surprise everyone. We listen about his success stories of Shiva, Kshana Kshanam, Rangeela.. There are many more on the list. For any young and aspiring film maker, the movies of Ram Gopal Varma works as lessons. The way he understand the technology can never be matched with any other film maker. He is a different person. He is a mad person. He is mental person. Still you look at him with a pinch of curiosity and excitement.
Ram Gopal Varma is known for several things. If there are N number of adjectives to describe a person, all of them can be given to the master. Some people love him and some people hate him but the fact is that people can not take out their attention on him. He is the biggest entertainer on Twitter. Every time you get ready to watch his new film, you wish that RGV is back! But looks like Master is not ready to get out of his rest period. Currently, he shifted his base to Mumbai and has been operating from there. Hopes pinned on his upcoming film Officer
Thank you Ram Gopal Varma for being an inspiration. You will be remembered forever.
